When will OnePlus 8 get launched date? Review and all information.
We've now had a live appearance of the oneplus 8 pro along with the news of it arriving shortly. I'm going to be sharing the details right after this if you're new here on won't stay up to date with the latest tech please hit subscribe followed by them.
It's a new week which means a new batch of leaks and reports up for the oneplus 8 and the oneplus 8 Pro this week we've had a live photo of the oneplus 8 pro in public one plus eight cases appear online news that the oneplus 8 is coming sooner than we thought and the company are also going to be changing their logo so first the oneplus 8 range maybe the first oneplus to come with the company's new logo Kyle Pi has officially confirmed that oneplus are going to be revealing the new logo on the 18th of March many are also expecting this to be the day that the oneplus 8 range is going to be revealed but that's likely to be false information for reasons we'll be covering shortly the new logo however has already been leaked after it was discovered on China's trademark office, and they're changing from red to black removing the rectangle around oneplus, and they're changing the font of the number 1 now personally I prefer the old logo to the new one but maybe that's just because I don't like change let me know in the comments though if you guys prefer the old red logo or the new black one next we've got news that the oneplus 8 range is in fact coming earlier than normal while we normally have the oneplus phones released in May there have been many rumors of becoming much earlier this year initially it was meant to be as early as March but thanks to the recent outbreak this just isn't going to be happening we now know thanks to a tweet from Max J however that the oneplus 8, the oneplus 8 pro and the oneplus 8 lite are going to be launching on the 15th of April he tweeted an image showing the latest oneplus 8 devices with the date 15th of April war written over the middle next up we've got images online from Gears table for the sale of protective GPU cases at for the oneplus 8 the images were posted to show their new GPU cases and showed the standard oneplus 8 renders from both the front and the rear angles as with everything else coming in they fall exactly in line with what we're expecting to see so this does look pretty legitimate we also have a live photo of the oneplus 8 Pro out in public and it's in the hands of Robert Downey jr. many are saying that this is a fake photo we have to remember that Robert Downey jr. is actually a brand ambassador for oneplus so this could well have been taken during an ad campaign or purposely leaked for some free advertising at the same time however if we look at the photo it does look a little odd the actual way he's holding the oneplus 8 pro doesn't seem very natural at all it could have just been a quick and easy Photoshop for example here I quickly change it to an iPhone 12 and again it looks like a very awkward way to be holding your smartphone but oneplus fans are now eagerly awaiting the release of the oneplus 8 range they've confirmed that all models including the oneplus 8 lite are going to be 5g compatible and this does make sense considering oneplus are planning to invest thirty million dollars on 5g development we've got news of the oneplus 8 pro coming with a 120 Hertz display it's going to be IP 68 water resistant and finally come with 30 watt wireless charging some of these features are also expected to be passed down onto the lower models meaning we can expect some great value devices in the oneplus 8 range that can really compete in the market for those of you that have missed it we now pretty much have the full specs and pricing for the whole of the oneplus 8 range, so I'll quickly run through it all to help you guys decide which model is right for you when it comes to the oneplus 8 range this year we're giving three variants we may even see at the oneplus concept one if we start with the more affordable what the oneplus 8 lite this is the first time at one-plus have ever delivered a light model so it's going to be interesting to see how it performs in terms of sales on the front of the oneplus 8 lite we've got a full screen display with a single punch hole camera the display is going to be a Super AMOLED display coming in at six point four inches it's a full HD plus resolution of 1080 by 2400 and it's going to have a 90 Hertz for a fresh rate along with an in display fingerprint scanner it's believed that the selfie camera on the oneplus 8 lite is going to be a 16 megapixel Sony IMX for 71 when it comes to the rear we've got a different camera arrangement on the oneplus 8 lite it was initially thought that we'd get a dual camera setup on the device but the recent news and photos claim that the one plus eight light is going to have a triple camera setup we get a forty-eight megapixel Sony IMX five eight six with an aperture of f/4 point seven we get a 16 megapixel ultra wide it with an aperture of f-22 and finally we get a 12 megapixel telephoto lens with an aperture of f28 for its also going to support both optical and electronic image stabilization we've got the power button and the alert slider on the right-hand side of the phone with the volume buttons on the left and the phone is of course powered by USB type-c and there's no three and a half mil headphone jack what many was speculating that the one plus eight light was can be powered by the Snapdragon 765 the latest reports claimed it's going to be using media text Dimension 1000 system-on-chip and this is going to be coupled with eight gigs of ram and a choice of 128 or 256 storage which will of course be UF s3 the phone dimensions reportedly come in at 159 point two by seventy-four by eight point six millimeters making it smaller than the one plus seven and it's reportedly going to be powered up by a four thousand milliampere hour battery with support for 30 watt fast charging the oneplus 8 lite is expected to come in two variants and the eight gigs of ram with 128 storage is reportedly going to be four hundred and twenty-eight dollars and the eight gigs of ram lot with 256 storage it will be four hundred and seventy-two dollars next hour, but we've got the standard oneplus 8 when it comes to the stand of oneplus 8 we can see it looks very similar to the previous models although this time they've decided to go with a punch hole selfie camera instead of the notch were used to seeing for the first time ever we're getting a curved display on the standard model and a new source claims that the oneplus 8 is going to be a six point four inch 120 Hertz fluid AMOLED display it's going to have a quad HD plus resolution of 1440 by 31 forty and it will of course have an in display fingerprint scanner a new report claims a selfie camera on the standard oneplus 8 it's going to be the 32 megapixel Sony imx6 1:6 as you can see they've gone with the triple camera setup on the rear of the oneplus 8, and they have stuck with the vertical choice of eight or twelve gigs of RAM and 128 or 256 storage which is UF s3 it's going to be powered up by a four thousand milliampere hour battery and there's a bit of confusion between the fast charging as some reports claiming 30 watts and others claiming 50 and it will hopefully have wireless charging as well the phone dimensions come in at one hundred and sixty-two point six by and twenty-eight dollars for eight gigs of RAM with 256 storage we're expecting 571 dollars for twelve gigs of RAM with 256 storage were expecting six hundred and fourteen dollars now finally we've got the most premium model in the range the oneplus 8 pro on the front we've got the same old screen curved display and while earlier leaks believe the oneplus 8 pro was going to have a dual punch hole camera in the top left we now believe that this could be a single punch hole camera the display is expected to be a six point six five inch 120 Hertz fluid AMOLED display it's going to have a quad HD plus resolution of 1440 by 31 40 and it will of course have the in display fingerprint scanner a new report claims the selfie camera is going to be the 32 megapixel Sony IMX one six more gigs of ram with 256 storage for 858 dollars but with leaks pouring in every week it's great that we have so much news for all models as I said earlier my most complaints in the comment section are always about wireless charging an official IP ratings so if oneplus can include these in the oneplus 8 then it would put a clear stop to it and I guess the only complaints then are going to be the three and a half mil headphone jack.
